Terms of Use

BrewDesk is a directory of New York City cafes to work from, operated by Bamware ("we", "us"). By using BrewDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

BrewDesk v1 is free to use. It does not require an account and does not offer purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.

BrewDesk reports what we have measured, sourced, or researched, and every attribute shows its source and date. Cafes change: Wi-Fi degrades, outlets get blocked off, laptop policies change, businesses close. We do not guarantee that any listing is current or that a given cafe will suit you. Check with the venue before relying on it, and be a decent guest when you work there.

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the BrewDesk dataset in bulk, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to break the law.

BrewDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which is zero for BrewDesk v1.

You may stop using BrewDesk at any time by deleting the app. BrewDesk v1 does not create an account or user profile.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
